Chemical Dependency Paraprofessional
Provide direct care to clients within our residential treatment program, assisting with daily activities, monitoring client behavior, administering drug and alcohol screenings, and maintaining a safe and structured environment.
Requires MN DHS background check clearance, strong communication skills, empathy, professionalism, cultural competence, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience with Microsoft 365 and First Aid/CPR preferred. Schedule is flexible weekdays and evenings.

Overnight Substance Use Disorder Paraprofessional
Provide direct care within our residential treatment program, monitor client behavior, ensure adherence to program policies, support daily activities, administer urinalysis and breathalyzers, and manage client interactions professionally.
Requires MN DHS background check clearance, reliable transportation, flexibility, and effective communication. Microsoft 365, First Aid/CPR, and Narcan training preferred. Work includes 8-hour shifts nights, weekends, and holidays.

Lead Paraprofessional
Lead the evening program in a front-line capacity, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, program expectations are met, and clients receive consistent support. Provide guidance to staff, assist with intake and orientation tasks, and partner with the Operations Coordinator to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Requires paraprofessional and treatment coordinator qualifications, knowledge of MN Statutes 245A/245G/260E and 626.557, and a basic understanding of substance use disorder treatment. Must be 18+, pass DHS background study, maintain professional boundaries, be free from problematic substance use for 2+ years, and be available for flexible hours and on-call rotation.
